A. Margherita Maffeis-Natale, President and founder. She has been active in the working world since a very young age, holding managerial positions. For twelve years, she was involved in politics, serving as a Municipal Councilor for eight years. She initiated cultural projects in the Insubrian region, literary awards, and large solidarity events. She has been a committee member of various associations in Ticino. Since 2009, she has passionately directed the communication and marketing agency MaffeisNetwork SA in Lugano (www.maffeisnetwork.ch). In 2011, she founded the non-profit association Culture Ticino Network, which she still presides over. She also served as a director at the Ticino branch and a member of the advisory board of the Swiss Foundation for Professional Youth Development (Schweizer Stiftung für Berufliche Jugendförderung).

Through the Culture Ticino Network association in Lugano, she began supporting humanitarian projects in the Philippines.

In September 2018, she was appointed Honorary Consul of the Philippines in Ticino, a position that further solidifies her commitment to this nation. In January 2020, she founded the sister association Culture Ticino Network & Philippines Association in Paombong, Philippines.
